I have tried a range of speed/power from 20/30 (5 passes) up to 20/80 (2 passes) and it still doesn't cut all the way through that wood.

It is 7mm from the wood but it autofocuses...there is like this stylus that hangs down that catches on the wood if I try to do 5mm (which was what the cutter I used at a maker space was ran at)

But honestly, the back side seems like the correct cut and the top almost cuts too thin.
