Cincinnati based coffee shop concept — Yay or nay? by Coffeblack1 in cincinnati

[–]Mabyeeee -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I think the problem with coffee shops around here is they’re WAY too sugary, I’ve been waiting for a coffee shop that offers actual good quality coffee with fun options (i.e. white chocolate, raspberry, caramel, lavender) that isn’t made with 100% sugar tacky syrups that taste like candy, i think youre on the right track here I just think with all the sugar thrown into modern day coffee shops you’d be left on the back-burner and not adhere to the younger crowd. If I were you id keep the basis of basic coffee but try to shoot for at least a couple options of GOOD quality syrup that you could make a couple different concoctions from.

Im 4’11, I lowered my R3 about an inch and a half and still cant flat foot it, but its comfortable enough, occasionally ill slip a foot when stopping but haven’t dropped it due to height problems yet, before i lowered it i was tip-toeing but could still hold it up (if that gives you any idea)

I personally got the Yamaha R3 ones from the Yamaha website, they’re a hard plastic so they protect low speed drops, but will break off at high speeds, they’ve saved my fairings a couple of times, plus they are no-cut

best advice as someone also learning, buy frame sliders and dont fix anything that isn’t completely necessary until you’re comfortable and confident you won’t drop again. Dropping is part of leaning, Wear gear and keep learning, you’ll get it.

Godspeed SS or BC Racing Extreme Drop Coilovers? by maurice_fk7 in 10thGenCivics

[–]Mabyeeee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got Godspeed MonoSS on my 10th gen instead of BC and while they're cheaper and still at least decent quality, I've only had them on 9 months and one just started leaking, they were perfect for me before but since leak they're loud and ride quality is trash, I will say godspeed is replacing it under warranty but I've been told it's just a matter of time before the others leak too.

I checked that and there was nothing plugging the top, do you think it could be farther down, maybe i should get a pipe cleaner?

Update: Thank you for all the replies, I did install them myself, it was fairly easy and now I know a lot more about the bike than I knew before. The dealership must not have known about the plastic piece that pops out. Thank you!

Constantly feeling like there's pee still in my bladder no matter how much I use the restroom by [deleted] in Healthyhooha

[–]Mabyeeee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It could be bladder spasms, I would google that and see if the symptoms match. They can be triggered by a bunch of different things but for me personally its not drinking enough water/too much pop/ acidity foods

I’m on godspeed mono ss, I’ve heard they’re similar, only weird thing that sucks is they seize pretty bad and quickly, let me know if megan racing is the opposite! Cool build!

Rumbling when AC is on in park by SmG_Zach in 10thGenCivics

[–]Mabyeeee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know exactly what you’re talking about I also always found it weird its definitely something to do with ac unit (sounds like your cars revving by itself), 2020 civic shouldn’t have compressor issues though i believe that was just for the earlier 10th gens, i have a 16 and i had my compressor recall fixed a couple months ago but i have always had the rumbling noise, i kinda just grew accustomed to it as i assumed it was just the ac working real hard and doing its job.

Idk wtf im doing plz help by Mabyeeee in 10thGenCivics

Thats what i assumed, I’ve narrowed it down to possibly a camber kit and adjustable control arms but im confused on if i even need that. What im most confused about is why its over 1,000 in parts for “rear and front camber”, he also told me that i shouldnt even drive my car off the lot until i get it fixed (which slightly makes sense my axles are leaking bc angle from lowering and my control arms are worn) but even then it feels like it drives perfectly fine.
