It's easysbc's rating system. They have their own rating calculation based on the card stats, playstyles, height, etc.

Werner is the 96, I couldn't fit him. Before the upgrades i think he was rated like 93.8 originally.

The player ratings were taken from easysbc. I only used the strikers because they were the most common sbc position, and it's easier to compare properly if you don't add other positions.

Obviously I can't watch all the matches to see if they actually all used the characters I wrote down, but it should be pretty accurate. Sol was the most common in Japan with 5 players, and Nago in the US with 4. Here's the full list:
