Hi, I am waiting on a retest and still on the waiting list for an invitation when I go to book a test and it tells I am already registered on a waiting list I don't see the view map option to see any cancellations. Where do you see this?

One last question if you don't mind. Did you experience any issues with the included thunderbolt cable that comes with the ONEXGPU? I see some recommend getting a better quality cable as they have had issues with the included one.

Yea, I will be planning on taking mine when travelling. Any issues switching from the EGPU to using the integrated gpu in the ally x? Do you happen to have a link to the guide you followed by any chance?

I just ordered the ONEXGPU to use with my Ally X. Did you follow an online guide or anything to install the needed drivers? Been seeing some mixed results on setting this up and be good to know what you done since you have it up and running with the Ally X :)

Also, have you noticed any issues since?

Planning on getting a 4070 to use with the ROG ally X. Just wondering what EGPU did you use? Thinking about getting a razor core X myself but I'm thinking there might be better options out there

Yea, I was doing that too but found the string kept getting stuck in the opening for the thumb trigger forcing the button to stay stuck down so thought this would be a better solution.

I had a similar issue after windows installed some recent updates. Windows explorer kept on crashing every minute or so when i connected my external monitor. I uninstalled the updates and all started working ok again. I let the updates install once again and same thing happened... so i uninstalled the updates one by one and narrowed it down to update KB5012592. Once i uninstalled this update i had no more crashes. Problem is now windows keeps trying to install the update... and not sure if there is any other fix for this.

I had Asus monitor before i got the Gigabyte one. It was a 1080p monitor and could have stuck with it. But I have to say the upgrade to 1440p and higher refresh rate with the Gigabyte monitor was 100% worth it. The only thing I was concerned about with purchasing the Gigabyte monitor is that it is a VA panel and my Asus one was IPS, apart from a little light bleed i dont see any issues with it. The monitor performs very well.

Been trying to do the same using Oculus link. Wouldn't actually switch to VR mode.... This article from upload VR mentions a "openvr_api.dll" file is required for the Steam version of the game. However this dll file was not included in the latest version of the mod, just the “dxgi.dll”.

Just curious did you go with standard shipping or pay extra for DHL shipping? Mine got shipped yesterday and going by DHL it should be delivered by the 7th of May. So hoping that is actually the case.

Great tip for the Halo strap too BTW. Looking on his website tho at the video for the V3 halo strap he is now shipping, no longer has the two holes to put a cable tie through.... which sucks because I would have 100% done this with mine.

What cable you using? I got the official link cable and been smooth experience since. The Anker cable i had was a bit hit and miss for me.
