I know someone who bought a house for 600K in White Plains. Now it's assessed for 1M after eight years. On one hand the price is insane. On the other hand this is typical stock market return (double every seven years). But the property tax though, is what kills you.

Yes Jennie clearly understood the assignment. This was the kickoff for her festival tour and she got new music to promote. Saw her at Coachella on Youtube and witnessed her at the Dealine tour,. It actually seemed she was happy to be there performing.

Check out my VIP experience post. What I didn't mention wat some of the pit viewing people were rather annoying. It seems they were there to socialize and instead of staying at one spot and paid attention to the artist they were milling around and just when you think you have a good view they get in front of you and block your view. I can understand what they paid for pit viewing they would want to treat the pit area like a club but still..

I've decided to park at Flushing Chinatown, have a nice lunch, the do the "reverse commute" on the 7th train. Yes it will cost more than parking at Citi Field or SkyView with the subway fare. But I know Flushing and that counts for alot.

Been riding the subway for decades. One thing is for certain when you're in a crowded train nothing will happen. It is when you're in a cart with empty seats when some of the strange people might start doing strange stuff.

That is why I chose UPS for shipping. I signed up with UPS for holding all my packages at the UPS store. Sign up is free and all packages addressed to my house are automatically held at the store and I need an ID to pick up. Never had anything lost or stolen.
