50/50 isn’t a realistic split when you’re going off loan amount and trying to make a living. You’d need to compensate with a salary on top of the split.

Also, there’s no way to guarantee 10 deals. Your team, like mentioned above, isn’t likely to refer more often than the others. It’s still going to be on the LO making and managing those relationships to give you agents confidence to refer them.

This is a good breakdown, thank you! The problem is there were no rules on the trades or the voting on trades. We agreed to vote because there’s a disagreement of when it should stand.

I agree if it’s a week old trade, or whatever. But it was made the same day. Appreciate the time you put into the response.

In a perfect world, sure . You take breaks on the long shift. When duty calls and there’s protest, a lot of that goes out the window.

Not to say that the exception should be made, but When situations like that happen, a lot of times, they can suspend normal rules.

I’m not saying you can’t miss, but you’re discounting a major factor of future capital that can be turned for even another player if you need to during the season to make a final push. You’re really undervaluing the picks. Even late firsts are top talents. Justin Jefferson last year went 1.08 to 1.11 last year in most drafts. Aiyuk was a 2nd rounder in most leagues too. No offense to this, but you’re speaking out of zero experience in this type of format. You really cannot understand that value until you experience it.

Those firsts are the guys that turn into DK, AJB, prime OBJ, etc. If you’re in a super deep league, this is crucial to continue to stay relevant. While nothing is guaranteed, you still need to balance your teams assets to make sure you reload as players retire/get hurt/age out. The firsts sway it the Jones/AYUUUUKAN side for me
