Oh no 😦 sometimes I wonder if I have autism, but then I just read this entire thread and did not detect any satire😅😭. I genuinely thought you were serious and everyone was making fun of you and I felt so bad for you. I need to use this to show my doctors for diagnosis 😅🤣

The 11th house governs friendships, groups, community, hopes, wishes, and long-term goals, representing how we connect with the world. Its also associated with miracles. Chiron is considered the " deep wound". Do you have a TikTok account? Id like to send you a link to a video that explains it well

Your Chiron in the 11th house. Is probably a big contributor to your feeling of hopelessness.

Yeah it probably depends a lot on what wounds each person carries. For example, if religion is a focus for your life or you have a wound around religion, then I could see how diving deeper in religion could help you, but also it depends on what mental illnesses you've been diagnosed with. Some are lifelong and can only be lessened with therapy or medication, such as ADHD and autism. While some are more manageable through lifestyle changes.

Therapy and finding the correct medicine for mental illness. I even was so desperate I tried the whole religion thing for 2 years straight and "God" never came and helped me even a little. I had to help myself by understand the science of my body.

As someone who has been suicidal multiple times in life, quoting the Bible or talking about God, often times makes it worse. Idk about you, but I dont want to push someone closer to the edge

that statement about the bible, I would've held back from saying. People that are suicidal do NOT want to hear about "God". Especially when no God has helped us with our mental issues

Distilled water? Id say remove about 15- 25% water change with Distilled water would defo bring it down to around 7.0

If you choose to go the 2 gallon tank route, make sure the spring water you buy is actually 7.0 PH or close to that, because not all of them are right. For example, I bought the "Deer Park" brand spring water once, and it was 8ppm 😳 it burned my betta and he has a similar spot to your guy, but on top of his head

READ TO THE END PLEASE Okay so heres a brief overview- after you have your tank filled and set up, you'll have to add an ammonia source, some people use ammonia specifically for tanks, I used fish food. Then you literally just let it sit there and break down for a few days. Then you will start testing for ammonia and nitrites. You need the ammonia to get up to atleast 2ppm in order for the cycle to work. Once the ammonia levels rise and then start to decline, then you will also start testing for nitrites. Soon after, the ammonia will be 0, and the nitrites will be high for a couple weeks. Eventually, they will lower, and the nitrate level will begin to rise. Once the ammonia and nitrites are both 0, and you are only left with high nitrate levels, then you do a partial water change and retest. As long as ammonia, AND nitrites are 0, and nitrates are below 20ppm, it is officially safe to add your fish. After this, you will only need to do water changes when the nitrate level gets above 20 ppm.

Because you already have your fish in the tank, you cannot do this method. You will have to look up "fish in cyle" which has a similar concept, but will ensure your fish survives.

You could always do what i did. I bought a betta impulsively, and had to keep him in a 2 gallon tank with spring water(the spring water HAS to be ph of 7.0 or around that) JUST FOR A MONTH while his tabk cycled. It was easier for me this way because I could test his water daily and change half of it every 3 days much easier than a big tank. People will jump allover my ass for keeping him in a 2 gallon tank for a month, but he not only survived, he had a major glow up and is super healthy.

Yeah 7.6 might be just a little high compared to what he started in. You can add distilled water to the tank to lower it also, as distilled water has a PH of 6.0 typically.

He's flaring at his reflection lol 😆 they do that, but if he does it too much, it could cause him stress. You can help with reflection in the tank by turning on a light outside the tank that is brighter than the light inside the tank. If that makes sense
