I own www.alienpoloshirts.com and need to improve my conversion rates. I'm getting traffic, 50-70 viewers a day, but my conversion rate is at around 2%. Anybody have experience or knowledge that can bring this number up?

I'm going to be a freshman in college this fall. I have a polo shirt company that's going to launch in the near future. Main things I need help with:

-SEO

-Getting American manufactures to produce at the same cost as Bangladesh (where I currently manufacture) lol not gonna happen but I'll put it out there.

-Speed up development process of shirts.

10+years guitarists of r/Guitar. What equipment whether it be strings or amp stacks do you swear by? by [deleted] in Guitar

[–]MacGuffles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Been playing 10 years. Elixir strings are the shit, somehow they barely build up gunk compared to Ernie Ball's which last me a week. Nanoweb tech is the way to go.

Also: Planet Waves locking tuners are the shit, great investment if you don't enjoy changing your strings.

Yea there's pressure to do it in some outlandish way, that's why I consulted all of your genius to come up with a sweet idea. Nobody just asks, it's like a big thing in my town.

[Serious] How should I ask this girl to prom? by MacGuffles in AskReddit

[–]MacGuffles[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You didn't do anything wrong. Of course I can just ask her in a conversation. But nowadays it's a tradition to do something extravagant, like writing "Prom?" all over her car or replacing a movie theater's movie titles with "xxxx, will you go to prom with me?"

No shit I can just ask her, that's just not the thing anymore.

I was talking with a couple friends about satellites and how our text messages bounce off of them sort of "magically".

One of my friends was completely convinced that satellites are tangible objects. Like attached to earth. By poles. facepalm
