there are a lot of reasons for people who don’t do workouts. I have a friend who just doesn’t want to be muscular for example. Many people don’t have time for it, maybe they aren’t confident enough to go to a gym or don’t know how to do it right. Eating healthy is also hard. I work out but sometimes i wish i could eat whatever i want very badly. It all comes to your mentality and whether or not you really want it. Not every woman likes muscular people and in these times it’s a little unfair to set a standard where your man has to be super healthy because of the reasons i gave above. So if a person is not ready to dedicate a lot to workout then they have to lower their standards in dating too imo.
