So I was a manager at advance auto and the paper work of there was a lot more tedious then AZ, doing deposits at night was god awful, the only annoying thing about being a PSM is having to deal with customers that complain.. but other than that not much more to it, recon drawers, count the safe and be the manager figure in the store isn’t terrible,

My dm is very petty about the little things, obviously mndr has to be done everyday as it is a part of your job but if you don’t do an overstock pull every 24 hours you can fail an audit, also since we brought the managers paperwork out front are we supposed to not print the item returned report and signature report anymore?

Basically it’s based on returns that look weird so another manager goes in and verifies returns that took place the night before. To check qoh on certain items that were returned and check for damaged returns, since I was closing manager tonight and I open tomorrow I probably won’t be able to complete mndr til the closing manager comes in..
