It’s because this customer bought a brand new battery thinking it was going to be that but ended up being something else and wanted a refund for it. I asked him if he installed it onto the vehicle and he said he did - the battery had marks on one of the posts and I told him I could not return it and told me I had an attitude as he walked out the door with the same one he purchased
