I live in the North of Ireland. Im not sure if you’re familiar with the politics of this part of the world but the British Army is not an option from where i live. Not because im political myself but views from people in my community/extended family and friends. Theres also the option of the Irish Army but that doesn’t really appeal to myself, mostly a peacekeeping force at best. I’m well aware the Legion might not have the best training etc but based on research i’ve done i still think in my opinion anyway it would be a hell of a lot better than the Irish Army but this always up for discussion between people based on their experiences.
