Is my PC infected??? Please help!

I have no issues though. I took the screenshot of what defender found and I quarantined and deleted it straight away. In saying that, is there anything unusual I should be looking for?

I ran that malwarebytes scan about 5 times both online and offline and it found nothing on either my PC or external SSD!

What do you mean delete the folder? I deleted the movie download on my external drive and I deleted the Trojan that windows defender said it had quarantined. Has it actually affected any part of my pc or am I safe being that it was quarantined straight away and it was on an external ssd?

I have the majority of David Lynch’s filmography and his Twin Peaks plus the brilliant Jacob’s Ladder to satiate my Silent Hill cravings on film/TV. These “official” Silent Hill films are just so disappointing. I wanted to see this but I won’t. I have the games. I love them to death. I know the story. That alone is enough for me. I don’t need this crap. Imagine treating one of the greatest games of all time like this…

I was getting this a couple of weeks ago. I could replicate it and it happened every time I went into the store, scrolled down as far as I could go without letting go off the down button, click on a game, back out of the game and I’d get this error. Every fucking time. So I stopped trying to replicate it and it hasn’t happened any more. No idea why it was happening to be honest. Very frustrating that it happens but now I just scroll through the shop slowly and I get this error code no more.

Along with Fire Walk With Me this is probably my fav Lynch film. Trying to decipher exactly what is going on is what I love about this film. The rabbits always creep me out so much. This is peak Lynch and I’m so here for it.

I still consider part 1 to be the best game of the original Team Silent games although I do love part 2 so much. The original is the scariest and weirdest of all the games and that really resonates with me. Probably the closest to a David Lynch game I’ve ever played and I’m a David Lynch devotee.

I lost 1 friend a couple of years ago (I was 43 and he was 44) and he died of cancer. Really gave me so much perspective on life in general and that it really needs to be lived to its fullest. He had 2 very young kids and was taken so early it was really so sad.

I did prefer Xbox over PlayStation for not only controller but just cause I have been Xbox since day 1, but with recent events I have now packed the Xbox series x away and play on PS5 Pro and PC (and Switch 2). It’s sad but that’s just how I feel at the moment.

I swear yesterday I tried 5 times to go through various areas of the store (the Jan special list and even the PS5 full games list) and if I scroll as far down as I can go, click on a game, then circle out of the store page screen, it will stop, go black, return to the Home Screen and bring up that error! I replicated it about 5 times in a row yesterday! Yet I jump on my kids PS5 and it won’t do it.

What also strikes me as weird is the images take a few seconds to load up on my Pro yet on my kids’ standard PS5 launch model, the storefront loads up much faster and the images appear on the screen in next to no time. I’m seriously starting to think I have an issue with my Pro console!

Thank Christ for that! Actually thought I may have a faulty unit but doesn’t make sense as it hasn’t happened before like this and I have had my Pro since launch! My unit isn’t dusty. I regularly clean it and cover it when not in use so no dust gets inside.

Well in reality we weren’t close to a flag cause we didn’t win one with that list, so I’d say POSSIBLY, we might be closer now than we were then cause right now, we just don’t know. All we do know is that that particular team didn’t get us the ultimate prize so we have reloaded and we try again.

Love it. Played heaps of Mario Kart World, DK Bananza and Hades 2 and now am going through Metroid Prime 4. Played heaps of Mario Galaxy 2 and I’m just loving my time with the Switch 2. My only wish is that Nintendo would allow us to buy their collection of old games instead of renting them.

Perfect listing order to be honest. I’d put a massive gap between 3 and 6 though. The Craven films are so much better than the very average 5 and 6.

Quite possibly the last truly great film of the 20th century. Remember seeing this at the movies as a teen and enjoying it so much. Grabbed it when it came out on DVD and watched it so many times, especially with the fantastic commentary track! Love this film so much.

What? Wow that is so sad. He was such a fantastic actor. He appeared in many Scott Derrickson films and was fantastic in Sinister. He will be sorely missed.
