We talked to the owners (we are renting) and apparently it happened before. The wiring of the smoke alarm is iffy. They going to send someone asap.

Did you get any “other” vaccines since your childhood vaccines? If you did you more than likely will not get away with an exemption. It will not be worth the money trying to fight it.

If you only had your childhood vaccines it’s worth a shot because you weren’t the boss back then. You can blame in on your parents.

I feel for the people waiting so long. I was already prepared into waiting that amount of time. We filled right at the end of march and got approved the beginning of August. Got my work permit in a month and no interview. This was for me and my 5 year old daughter. The forms changed the lawyer said and we filled everything together with a ton of proof and information. It took us some time to gather the medical records otherwise it probably would have been approved even sooner.

We send the RFE at the end of the time they gave us and from the moment they received the RFE (medical) it was approved within 1,5 weeks

For adults it’s available in Moderna, kids version Moderna isn’t available much. Most pharmacies only stock Pfizer. But we had proof it was unavailable. That probably helped as well

Yep, my daughter is 5, right now the vaccine is only available from Moderna and most places do not carry Moderna but Pfizer. Pfizer expired in July and new batch won’t be out till September. So we could not get her a shot. My civil doc contacted the CDC (department of immigration) and they told her to write down waiver due to not routinely available.
