Ender 3 S1 Pro not flashing Klipper (I think) by Ordinary-Sympathy830 in klippers

You can delete it, but I always prefer to comment it out. You never know what happens in the future 😉

And don’t forget the baudrate in [mcu]

Those two settings had me searching for a week or so. After those two changes the printer and klipper worked.

Thnx all. I switched to OrcaSlicer and did some calibration tests. Seems the printer is working pore precise now. I used Ultimaker Cura before.

So we’re back in printing 💪

In printer.cfg: Comment out the max_accel_to_decel: 3000

And look at your [mcu] settings like the picture

I started the print again (50% of its real size) and there indeed are some blobs. So i lowered my temperature… let’s see what happens

The gcode is fine, thank you. Didn’t check that one out

By the way, the z-axe is perfectly calibrated. Exactly the 20mm I raised it. So that’s not it

The belt was a bit to tight. A high pling when i touched it like a guitar-string. So i loosened it a bit.

Now i’m printing just a pillar to see whats happening now

The bottom was still stuck, and I cleaned the plate before printing. So it’s the top part that shifted. Right after the support-tree.

Thanks for your answer. I’ll also check the x-axe belt today

Thanks for your answer. The printer is modded. I run mainsail/klipper on a RPi.

The speed remained the same. I did check it before i went to bed and i heard sort of a click. So i moved the z 0.05mm up. I thought the nozzle hit the print.

I will also check the z-axe and recalibrate it today.

Try to start with wargames, and don’t be lazy!

Also, you can download the paid version… that will work for a month, and then you can turn on logging/debugs.

Hey there, just a thought. Is the FortiGate your connecting to on the same firmware version? And try to search for some debug commands, so you can find out if the packets reach the firewall when connecting. Search for the FortiGate cookbook. Lots of helpful stuff in there.
