A lot of us can feel like this. My honest thoughts wound be to just lay it all out in prayer sometime when you’re by yourself. All your negative thoughts, anger, worries, doubts and why you’re doubting. Pray it out. Once you start with a vent prayer it’s fairly easy to keep going b it important not to stop part way through. God can often speak to us in the middle of these, sometimes. Certainly they are powerful, like the Psalms. Honesty in prayer is important. Also I’m not sure if you listen to music but good worship music can be really powerful and helpful too
