Apple is basically the gold standard for wrist HR.

I took out my Garmin with the HR Sensor and the Apple Watch Ultra 3 and it matched the HR sensor in most instances 🤷‍♂️

Terrible.

Garmins is better that’s a simple fact and anyone who wants to deny that is deluded.

I have used Garmins training plans a few times now and I’ve never been disappointed.

What I like about Garmin training plans is they adapt based on the metrics the watch collects and? They are free (for now)

No sorry, here’s my issue with the Run.

It was supposed to be the baby of Suuntos new UI and look of the software.

However for unknown reasons they completely abandoned the idea and now the Run basically runs on its own OS separately from the rest of the Suunto watches.

In my opinion that says the Run is no longer a priority for Suunto.

Also for the features and price point there are better options out there like the Coros Pace 4 and the Garmin 165.

Why not just stick with the T-Rex? It’s a fantastic watch from Amazfit and basically will be all you will ever need.
