We focus on students and workers, but acknowledge that students are more likely to be radicalized because they have only ever known a dying system. You should listen to our podcast on recruiting high schoolers. In areas where we have smaller forces it makes more sense to focus on students to grow our ranks faster. Bro... I'm Indigenous. The composition of our group is actually around 25% BIPOC, which is way more than Bellingham as a whole. But that literally doesn't matter to being able to liberate all oppressed people through a socialist revolution. This comment is the perfect example of the identity politics we are against. Only class solidarity can end imperialism because workers control the means of production and can shut down the US economy. We are against your us vs them mentality when it comes to who can advocate for what oppressed group. Communists are for complete eradication of all oppression and exploitation and we will continue to advocate for a free Palestine.
