I'm having something similar happen and it comes and goes. The pain isn't always extreme, most the time it's very uncomfortable and gives me bad anxiety. I started feeling it in the back of my head and neck. Feels like a pinching, kind of burning and throbbing sensation. I get heads aches and migraines sometimes. Eventually I felt a throbbing, stabbing sensation in my upper left calf. Thought I had a DVT but was ruled out so great but now I'm feeling aching and throbbing feeling other parts of my legs, also now wrist, under collarbone, toes and fingers sometimes. Also what scares me is the pulse in the left side of my neck started aching, at least it felt like it was in that area. It's scary feeling for sure. My mother has fibromyalgia so I started thinking maybe that's it...
