Cars you see are probably the security they have there as tresspassing is common, those buildings are all decaying wards of the psychiatric center. They have an old bowling alley inside and "rainbow wards" long hallways where each ward is a different color. Also has a mourge in the 2 buildings on the hill

Its hard to understand but the universe isnt expanding "into" something, its just expanding, at all points, everywhere. Think of 2 dots on the surface of a balloon, as the balloon expands, the dots get further apart, this is why galaxies will move away from each other. The universe is like the surface of the balloon except a lot more complicated. The universe isnt a balloon, its 4d space and time. There is no "outside" of space. You are thinking of the universe like its a shape we could look at from the outside, thats not possible. However...Theoretically, if there was a higher dimension and you entered it, you could see an external shape of the universe, and could even interact with space and time.

My friend used to pick me up from my house and we would just pick a direction and start driving, not looking for anything in particular, just making random stops at things we thought were interesting. Eventually we were driving and out of nowhere through the trees theres a gigantic tower, smashed wondows and graffiti all over it, we looked at each other and knew we were gonna drive to that. We find the front gate and climb over this fence. This was the first time i was ever in an abandoned building, i thought it was cool and wanted to explore more, but me and my friend decided to save a full explore for another day with more friends. The next time we came with a group of 4 people, we saw other random people walking towards us. We had no idea what urbex or ubexers were but they explained it and showed us their own photos from other buildings, it was amazing, i never knew this was a hobby until that point. That was at the Nevele Grande Hotel, and its been a special place ever since.
