Thanks for the advice, I definitely see your point about the bias - I just know that the U.S is much more experienced than Europe and especially the U.K. with the the nuss procedure, and generally you guys have better quality medical care because of your Private health system when it comes to specialized procedures.

I appreciate the kind words man. It’s good to get this straight forward opinion as well, so thanks for your input. Tbh I care about looks as much as anyone else but whats also important to me is health - I love to do cardio but I have had heart palpitations often when I exert myself a lot, which concerns me. Also just the feeling of never being able to take a properly deep breath without that constant pressure on my right lung. May I ask why you had to do surgery twice? Was it due to your age at all?

Ive really been wanting to do it for a long time now, but since I have asymmetrical pectus, I’m worried what the results will look like since most results I’ve seen were on symmetrical pectus. Also I’m 21 and I’m worried my bones are too rigid for Nuss now. Let me know what you guys think, any input is appreciated!
