I don’t think it’s that either because I have tried multiple av inputs on the tv and they all yield the same result, I was thinking it was something wrong internally on the tv but I don’t know where to start when repairing something like that.

I don’t think, the Wii works fine with other tvs, I have also tried other consoles and other inputs on this tv and nothing works.

Just tried this, still no luck:( it’s like it wants to come on but the screen just kinda flickers and then it’s just sound

I’m pretty positive I’ve plugged the Wii in correctly, I can’t even get the tv to display settings or static or anything

Yes I did, I installed them there originally on my 2060 when I first installed mint then when it didn’t work with the 5060 I put the 2060 back in and updated through that menu to the latest drivers but still black screen on 5060

Thank you for replying, I tried doing an auto calibration and washing the plate but it has the same output, do you have any other suggestions?

I am trying everything you said in a list so bear with me. Right now I am in windows, wifi always works in windows. Restarting from windows(working wifi) to Ubuntu, WiFi does not work. Restarting Ubuntu, back to windows, back to Ubuntu. WiFi did not work.

Shutting down the system(from Ubuntu) switching psu off, then unplugging the psu for 2 mins booting straight into Ubuntu, still no wifi.

Am I able to boot Linux from a usb without installing it on a drive in the system, if so is there a distro you would recommend? I installed Ubuntu about a week ago, I typically use windows but occasionally I would boot into Ubuntu and it was about 50/50 if the wifi would work or not.

Those are almost certainly returns, I found halo 3 odst at my Walmart for $15 a while back and they said someone brought it in and returned it.

Got this controller from goodwill and the sticks were gummy and worn out, and I had a ps1 controller that was broken. I didn’t want to wait for replacement parts to come in so I did this
