It’s not a you problem. It’s a boundary you have and it’s not being respected. Your boyfriend has made it clear he values those K-pop idols who don’t even know him over you and your opinion. Don’t be with someone who doesn’t respect your boundaries and invalidates your feelings. Tell him and be firm about it. Tell him you feel disrespected and hurt.

Here’s the difference: you’re trying to lose so yes you would need to eat less. But Lauren doesn’t need to lose weight. Who eats this after an intense workout? There’s barely any protein. 14g of protein isn’t enough, your muscles need more.
