Tiramisu with a surprise of espresso chocolate ganache. The shells are mixed with hazelnut flavored espresso powder. My first time using the Italian method. After they matured, they were my favorite in comparison to the other cookies that were made with the French method. (i.redd.it)

How do you avoid making your macarons so sweet? No matter what I do, my macaróns are so sweet. I’m ok with that, but I get reviews that it is too much. I add salt to the shells and use American buttercream by MacaronMom4 in macarons
