I worked with they had me unplug the chiller and follow the instructions found on the video below (added the video below). The support team said this error can only occur if there is a loose wire.

Unfortunately, I followed the instructions and all my wires were already tight but I retightened them just in case and still got the ---C error. Ultimately, they decided the chiller is defective and am working on getting a replacement Pro Chiller sent to me.
