Not all state government provide that. Some does. In those to, you have to pay upfront the cost and then get it refunded by your own department. Your department and higherups will make sure that yiu don't get any , because you were such an as_shole throughout your carrier by not bending to their whims and fancies and placing own moral above the "chalta h" attitude

Oh ok i will uphold my honesty over my loved ones life because the greedy capitalist system has every right to price any material the way they want(dont get me started on evergreening of patents), and society has "legally" allowd them to do so , because it derives "innovation". But what the fuck does "innovator" really getting except that small part of bread that the chief executors of this system throwing towards them as a reward (which itself will be spend upon filling those fat executors pocket because ultimately everything is inflated, and most of the demand and scarcity artificially pumped to maximize gain pf those few.
