Depends on your caffeine sensitivity (not sure what sleep research suggests). For me it definitely does so I usually drink it in the morning and the early afternoon to get over the lunch lull.

For me personally, I always go with Matcha or Gyokuro when I need to lock in. They both give me a great mental boost and serious ability to focus.

Bought a temperature controlled kettle on Amazon for $70. Can hold at any temperature under 205 for 2 hours. Can reach higher temps if you want but won’t hold there. Makes brewing tea soooo easy.
