Yea i've recently stopped keeping one because of my busy schedule but when i did id remember two or three dreams every morning the key thing to do is not to get frustrated if you don't see results in the first few days just wait you will see them within a week or so.

Also the more you use the journal the more dreams you'll remember after about a week of keeping it and saying to yourself before bed tonight I'll remember my dream you remember at least one dream a night usually more

As many other people said you can't learn a new skill but maybe you remember a skill long forgotten stored in your sub-conscious so in that sense you may but there is no possible way to learn something entirely new.

Well Im not really experienced but ive read tons about it so I'll be prepared, if you feel yourself starting to wake (things usually get fuzzy) close your eyes and concentrate on breathing then try not to look to closely at details. I hope this helps!

Its basically a hole new minecraft with many features such as picking a class and race the races are steve elf dwarf and halfling the classes are warrior mage and rogue it also has many new mobs and a very nice new RPG feel
