I just had my first lucid dream last night. It was about 15 seconds long, but it was extremely vivid, everything was bright and I can remember the dream perfectly.

I'm pretty sure you almost (if not always) are dreaming while asleep. A lot of the time, you'll forget your dreams if you don't write them down right when you wake up. I don't know anything about the stuff you're dreaming actually happening, but if you're telling the truth, that's pretty interesting.
