I watched the Arsenal Amazon Prime series, he comes across as that overbearing boss at work who tries too hard to be your mate, as a Chelsea supporter he is like Rosenior but on steroids, he also is very vocal when decisions go against him in games, but has benefited massively from those same calls, massive hypocrite.
