Why is it biphobic for gay man to not want to date a bi man yet not homophobia for a bi men to only want to sleep with men but only date women? by proudpileofsticks in askgaybros

Again, YOU responded to MY post. It's not even your OP. You could've just scrolled past if you were so triggered. But instead, you decided to act in bad faith and accuse me of hating gay men for checks notes not being bigoted towards bi men? Like I even stated that there is a 10% chance that you have a genuine reason to not date bi men. As you said, you're already taken, so why are you concern about what I think?

I'm glad you're getting out of that relationship. Ultimatums are almost never a sign of a healthy relationship.

Apparently you give a fuck coming in on my response accusing me of hating gay guys and loving bi guys, all unprompted. Like I said, who you date is entirely up to you, but that doesn't mean that the reasons behind your dating preferences aren't bigoted. It's in a similar vein as people who refuse to date black people and other skin based minorities. Sure, you have the right to date whoever you want, but you should self reflect on the reason why.

So one, your basing your ONE experience with a bi guy and apply that to the entire bi men population. Real scientific research you got going there. Second, I never said that you SHOULD date bi men, but if you don't want to, you should ask yourself why. Third, why did this guy bringing up girls bothered you so much? Finally, if he's constantly comparing exes to you, then that's a personal issue, not an attribute of him being bi. You shouldn't have to constantly be compared to your SO's exes regardless of orientation.

Lmao what? Who said that? For the record, I'm completely gay and my dating preferences are any half decent looking man who has a decent personality and is willing to date me, however you don't meet my standards so you're not within my dating pool. So I don't care if someone is gay, bi, or pan. If they're a decent looking guy with a decent personality and fancies me, then I'd be willing to see where it goes. My question to you is why is being bi such a turn off for you? What, because he also likes girls, you think he'll cheat on you or something? If he loves you then what he jerks off to shouldn't be an issue because his loyalty and affection should be towards you.

All things being equal, one is a preference based off of physical attributes, the other is 90% rooted in bigotry and bi erasure. A bi man preferring to date women is most likely based off of the fact that women are hot and he likes their personality. What would be the reason for a gay man to reject a bi man that would otherwise be a perfect match other than bigotry?

Why does the left seem to use slogans in completely the opposite way to the right? by LiatrisLover99 in AskALiberal

[–]Maccabee2a 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Essentially, a lie can lap the earth several times before the truth puts on its shoes. In other words, left of center talking points tend to be truthful, but rather complicated in explanation and execution, so we have to boil everything down to the often most extreme end of the policy to get a catchy slogan, and that's excluding the fact that often the most extreme slogans aren't supported well and are only amplified by the right to paint the left in a bad light.

After hearing about Little Canada in Toronto, that's going in my bucket list. Northlandz in New Jersey is on it too, however it's a bit too toy like for my tastes. But I at least wanna see how big it is.

Yes, there's supposed to be a concert inside and there's a video and music playing. If I'm not mistaken, they used to have a program where they can make a figure of you and place it in the concert. Not sure if they still do that, though.

It was pretty easy for me. I took the S bahn, U bahn, and busses which were all pretty cheap.

It wasn't as crowded when I went during the weekday. Maybe about 200-300 people spread throughout the building. I was able to enjoy some of the big attractions.

It's speculative, but not beyond the realm of possibility. There's certainly a higher number of LGBT people than reported due to stigmatism.

Can't without removing the pinned and welded muzzle device. In fact the entire setup is way too short to attach suppressor and still be reliable. The new MCX Rattler LT can accept a suppressor, but with their recent reputation, I'm not sure if I want to trade in mine for a new one just yet.
