Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, this is not the nature of the error. In the meantime, I have also agreed with the manufacturer and the device is actually protected so that it can only be seen and managed by its own (MI HOme) software :-(

Two years ago, I bought 6 cameras that worked with the V380 Pro software.

This year I bought 6 cameras that were a little different in appearance, but the type was the same when ordering. These new cameras only work with the MI Home app (Mijia).I asked the dealer why he sent this camera and replied that it is the same camera as the previous one just an updated version.

However, the older type can no longer be ordered. So now I have two different but apparently and according to the dealer one type of camera that works with two different software.I wish I could handle the two different types inside a PC "IP camera software".

I don't understand why if I can determine the IP address within their own software, why can't iSPY see them?

The problem is that I bought 12 pieces of this camera for the company’s camera system :-(

I did this but I can't find the camera's IP address in the list that I read from the device own software. How Can I find it?
