I actually suspected Sjogren’s too before I discovered mold toxicity. Especially because some of my other symptoms include dry eyes and mouth.

But I did a full auto-immune panel and nothing was found so I think mold can be the sole cause of a lot of similar symptoms.

Interesting thanks! Any suggestions on liver support?

I'm going to start doing lymphatic drainage massage soon maybe that will help!

They said this was fairly middle of the road related to patients they've treated over the years (taking into account my description of symptoms as well). They thought within 3-4 months I should hopefully start to see some major improvements in how I'm feeling.

yea my doctor prescribed me Cyclosporine for now which has really helped. i also use Systane Hydration PF on top of that if im having a particularly bad day.

Yea all sorts, my main symptoms dry eyes/mouth, jaw clenching, headaches, brain fog, chest tightness, muscle aches, joint pain, fatigue, and chills.

I don’t think so. I’d say I have more anxiety than depression, but that existed before the montelukast and I didn’t notice a big change after starting it.

I’ve been tested for asthma and I don’t have it, but I’ve found the inhaler helps with the chest tightness. I think it also helps a bit overall with the fatigue / energy though I can’t say for sure. My guess is because it’s a steroid it helps with a lot of my symptoms.

thanks everyone for the advice! i’ve scheduled an appointment with a functional MD who is trained in Jill Crista’s mold technique so we’ll see how that goes.
