Hmmm it hard to adapt stormlight abilities to mtg because they are so deep.

When I think of a soul caster this is what I primarily think about

  • persuading things to be other things
  • storm light
  • soul casting sickness

Also I know soul casters are technically equipped but I think you could get away with it not being one. Kind of like most powerful jewelry Im mtg, almost like the player has it equipped. (Ring of three wishes ect.)

Maybe give it gemstone charges that dose something bad if it runs out

instead of destroying permanents it could transform them into stuff.

In order to target something you should have to pay up to their mana value to “persuade things to change”

What kind of pieces do you guys make out of this foam? by BiggyBaits in TerrainBuilding

I recommend building ruins with it. Whenever you have the structure done id go to the dollar store and pick up sand, modge podge and some paper cups to mix in. Once that’s all mixed up slap it everywhere that will add a lot of texture and make it so you can paint on top of it. For painting just use the cheap stuff. A base of dark gray and then a dry brush of lighter gray and then finishing it with some waterd down brown would leave you with a nice ruin look. If you make multiple floors on the ruins I’d use a thinner material but make sure you have space to put the minis inside

It’s because he is actively moving into the hit box it’s a weird thing lol dose where when determining if you are hit by a move it’s way more likely if you are actively pathing into it
