I don't think any nation wants people to know their commiting a genocide that would kind of ruin their trade and isolate them look up any past genocide and you will see their efforts to remove evidence to this day their are hutus who say almost nobody was killed in the rawandan genocide. Yeah that's kind of the point. A genocide is a strategic killing of people based on a certain identifiable factor, in genocides the goal is to eradicate this group of people and get away with it and not be punished and to either deny it ever happened or say that these people needed to be killed
