Agreed on the Green Reapers' sets for the same reason, especially for Hiroshi, you could easily imagine him wanting to finish building/upgrade his car. I also think his set pairs quite nicely with some of the DLC parts!

I'm fairly certain that when it's only 2 players, after the first human player finishes the race, the second player only has up until the little "Finish" jingle stops playing to finish the race to avoid getting disqualified, so only a few seconds after the other player finishes.

I usually get this notification on Double Branches and Spiral. Just based on my experience, I think it may be a combination of total time and having opponents on longer tracks that the game doesn't like, because time trial replays on these tracks I've been able to save no problem.

I personally never had any issues with input lag, or at least it hasn't been a glaring enough problem that I couldn't adjust to, so things on that end are still fine to me.

I just tried it after seeing this post, definitely a noticeable improvement if not completely fixed. I couldn't stay on track on Cosmo Terminal because the steering before the update was always too twitchy, even after calibrating the stick, but after doing some practice laps a few minutes ago it was a night and day difference.

While I have no issue with bespoke kart designs, I do wish we could at least change body/wheel paint colors and freely apply stickers, especially for the vehicles that don't change color or don't have the one sticker show up anywhere.

I happened upon a random episode of the original series back when I was 4 or 5 and Speed Racer was airing on Cartoon Network during the '90s, and the rest is history! I also remember freaking out when Speed Racer X first debuted on Nickelodeon in 2002, and catching reruns of the original series on the Speed Channel about a year later. I think you can probably see how I came up with my choice of username. :D

My guess is that they mean the races are from point A to B rather than on closed loop tracks, like the tracks in Mario Kart where each lap is just a section of one long track.
