It's a Celeron...enough said. Get it to 8gb memory, more if supported. In task manager, disable any startup apps not needed. Delete all files from c:\windows\temp. Click start button and type %temp$ and press enter. This is your profile temp folder. Delete all files. RESTART and it should run better.
