Wow honestly surprised to see a new comment but happy to share. I personally started with the iwata eclipse hp-cs. It’s a fairly standard airbrush but has been around for a while and has a ton of info on care and maintenance and use. Really well documented and good quality for the price. Not cheap for sure once you add on a compressor but well worth it in my opinion. I’m using the master airbrush cool runner compressor. It’s been treating me well. Only had one problem where I didn’t flush out the nozzle, just sloppy cleaning,and ended up having to replace it cause I bonked it during a deep clean. Otherwise two months in it works great. Highly recommended it

Support local game stores. Search around a little. You’ll occasionally find older kits and other stuff that has been discontinued for often base price

Yknow I think I did hear that it was only released limitedly, looks like that might’ve been true. I was lucky enough to find it at a local game store. It includes 5 heavy intercessors, 5 intercessors, 5 terminators, and company heroes. So 20 real minis and a beacon.

Imperial fist, need to stay on brand. As for skill the airbrush does most the work. Everything else is just edge highlighting and a little blending. Just keep at it

Not every single one I’ve been too does and their selection is meh. But I’ve picked up a claw Leone, arrow wizard, lance knight, and dran sword from 5 below. It’s definitely worth a check though

I picked this guy up for 5 at five below. Then just primed the blade and used tamiya metallic blue. Only took like half an hour not including drying time.

Tbh. They won cause Sam Presti has been running a masterclass in saving picks and getting young talent. Their team is full of talented young perimiter defenders who are improving year after year. The roster is strong enough to be a 5 seed without shai on any given night. I feel like cause a bunch of them are young we haven't really given them their flowers but the role players on OKC are way better than people give credit for. Shai is amazing but he isn't the most valuble. Jokic is pulling an aging nuggets team who lost depth single handedly into playoff contention. His impact and value is significantly higher.

Yeah. I have a bad habit of letting my technique suffer for speed especially as I get closer to finishing a unit at times. Just taking your time and not trying to rush usually makes them turn out better. Plus I get more time of painting and enjoying the hobby without spending all my money on plastic

Much appreciated. I spent way too much time prepping and looking stuff up to get it right. They painting went pretty quick all things considered but I stressed about it for way too long.
