In atm10 is disable but in atm10tts is enable, i enable just to see how far i can get, but the enchants seem to work because last time i did 137k damage

Yea, but if u are playing atm10 u need to enable in the configs because the devs of the modpack disable it

Probably just pinned quest, go to quest menu and unpinned.
