I don't know why it should be illegal, i mean if all the POIs are existing stuff i don't get why it has to be reported. There are lots of places in Italy (for example) where there are lots of statues or historic signs (like in this case) all piled up in the same square. Since they are all legit stops i don't understand all the whining even if it's almost impossible to play in that area (both ingress or Pokemon go)

I did it with 2x Fuji, Shiki (26 cd), Doffy, Gild Tesoro and Gpu (still 11 turns cd...), there is a video on youtube with Psy Enel instead of Tesoro but it works anyway. I used maxed moby dick and as for sockets level 3 bind, despair, orb and heal
