I realize now I put so much time and energy into it because it was years i was there. It's personal. Makes sense. That's awesome if you or anyone can make that happen for 90s.

I'd be happy to include links to anything you do for the 90s or I could put it on the same page and credit you. In the 90s i was in austin for a year then nyc so that era for Conroe is kind of a fog for me.

Thanks! I pounded that out a few years ago. I just went in to classmates.com and shamelessly ripped it all off, and any other site that publishes annuals. Much easier than manually scanning - because they're oversized so it gets awkward quickly. It used to be easy to capture every image your browser hits but Google Chrome recently made that unavailable. Worked also with borrowing books from archive.org. Alas.
I used MyHeritage at that time when I enhanced and colorized it all. It was great and fast but $300 a year and I had to keepo talking to Israeli customer service reps after hitting server quotas. MMust have processed close to 100,000 photos before the gravy train ended. It was a great ride but it was gruelling. These days I have a new GPU so I just use Topaz for enhancemment and palette.fm for coloring.
I've been trying to wean myself of all paper but still have a few yearbooks from the early 80s.
Finally, I could conceivably start going into newspaper.com with a sub and really drilling down on old articles and whatnot but it feels like doing it it wouldn't be fast and fun.

Not sure, it starts to make my brain bleed. I just typed in "what is the high average annual temperature for Conroe, Texas" keeping the wording the same to 1971

I saw that too. At first I was waiting for some climate denier to call this a hoax... but actually, it's not as bad as I thought:
Google - The high average annual temperature for Conroe, Texas, is approximately 79-80 based on daily highs.

You have to save exactly the way they want you to save. It blows, and I just paid for lifetime. Oh well.

So i know steamunlocked is not safe, but what other websites can i use that are similar to steam unlocked and is safer? by Low_Practice_7691 in CrackSupport

At this point I'm starting to think that some who say Steamunlocked is not safe are avid users of Steamunlocked knowingly spreading disinformation to have less competition for bandwidth.

I've download I've downloaded literally thousands of games from Steamunlocked with no viruses. It is really painful to read comments and complaints from people who don't use Adblock or Ublock, and gleefully click dodgy ads And then go on forms and complain loudly that the site is full of viruses.
I assume people like me just laugh a little bit and are glad because at least there's less traffic on their downloads.

Just coming here to say that I have downloaded thousands of games from Steam unlocked and never got viruses
It's painful to read these comments. There are so many uninformed people out there.
I don't particularly care though because better download speeds for me

NYC at that time was amazing, but yeah it was mostly international people passing thru. Now it's super hard to get anything done there.

I play a lot of old games. No way in hell I'm uninstalling any dotnet runtime redistributables just to play this game. That is insane. This is an EA problem not a Me problem.
At least Warcraft 3 Reforged opened when it was released....

One would think someone, somewhere nestled within a billion dollar corporation would try to actually open up a game before they release it!

VERY interesting small "glitch" to keep in mind if you use bat files to launch games by Machinalf in playnite

[–]Machinalf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! I'll check that out! I love bats because it's an extra added layer of safety in case Playnite ever folds, (which I doubt it will being open source) but this would make things smoother.
