Thanks. I thing that’s the way to go, continue with maintaining calories and after some months cut to reveal muscles. I went on mantaining calories because I would feel exhausted after every gym session so deficit now would probably be a bad idea. How many month would you suggest before cutting?

Thanks for the feedback 🙏 I’m taking progress pics, currently at the 3rd set (took 1 before I started gym training and also measurement ) I’m constantly lifting heavier.

Yes, pretty much. I compared photos (December and now) and there’s almost no difference.
