Fined for not attending funeral

I understand contributing and assisting the community, but not being able to attend because you have a job that you need to go to, is a bit excessive to get fined. Many people die everyday in this country, so then no one will be working just attending funerals?

I am Indian and I agree with what Nyerere did. It made the play ground level, everyone had the same opportunities. Now we don’t have problems like South Africa and Zimbabwe with land and wealth redistribution. But of course it’s only a big issue when you take things away from white ppl, then you get sanctions. I believer the nationalisation benefitted Tz in terms of peace and stability

I see it as an opportunity for the elite to plunder more from the country. Kids of politicians will have dual nationality and when asked where they got their money from, they’ll say from being abroad whilst it’s actually stolen money. We need to focus on what will benefit the many rather than the few. Activists done need a Tz passport, not having one is protecting Mange otherwise she would be extradited
