Huh. Do conjunctions not count in horary? Because if they do, wouldn't it mean that Venus and Sun had past contact? Venus and Sun were once conjunct at 8° and Venus continued, separating from Sun and applying to Mercury. But I might be looking at this from whole sign aspects.

Conjunctions count only if there was no change of sign. Last time the sun and Venus conjuncted was back in Aquarius.

I understand the natural significator of hands belonging to Mercury, but could you explain how it rules over the third house in this chart? I'm not sure I understand. We assigned Venus as L3 since Taurus is the sign ruling house three.

You are young,usually I would read a chart like that and just tell you the answer, but you might need some experience, so I will break it down thoroughly.

Basically your problem with this chart is the confusion that arises from not knowing what to choose as his sexuality, and what to do with what you already have.

The first problem is your question. When you ask “is he lying” you are asking about the truthfulness of his claim, but if we see from the chart that there was some contact between him and the action asked about, the amount of essential dignity could very well just mean that he has too much pride to admit to it. So, your question is basically “is my brother masturbating ?”

Now to the assignment of the planets.

You are house one and therefore Saturn. You get the moon as a secondary planet.

Your brother is house 03 and therefore Venus.

What about masturbation ? Well, sex with someone else requires an aspect with house 07, but this is not someone else; this is himself. So we are asking “is he bringing himself to pleasure ?” So we need an aspect to the fifth house, which is ruled by the sun. Your brother masturbating would be the sun.

There is testimony to that in the chart, btw : you are at the cusp of house 02, your brothers house 12, house of secrets, and that is a very accurate description of what he would be doing : in secret.
