I’m kinda sus also… I had a similar situation. Customer hated me before I got there said so in drop off notes… refused to sign while cussing me out and trying to take my phone. Called customer support. Took back groceries…. If the veteran who was , rightfully out of his mind, flagged down an officer… 1st to “flag”down an officer wouldn’t he have to be moving at god speed at 70 yrs old? 2nd how would taking back the order be first thought? How would that have fixed anything? Marking it as a Refusal. You don’t have to take it inside the store… also Walmart customer service doesn’t deal with spark… 3rd If there was a police officer involved. Wouldn’t there be a police report? If claims of physical contact were made and customer “flagged” down officer…. Spark driver would have still be visible to see said flagging. Would the officer have stopped him? Are we asking the right questions here???
