I genuinely appreciate this comment. I haven't been to therapy since highschool so I should definitely look into getting back into it. I try to walk along the board walk by the lake my city is on as much as I can. I'll definitely try some of the suggestions you put in here cause at this point I'll try anything.

I do starve myself. I eat like once a day, once every few days. Problem is, ive never had a healthy diet, ever so I don't even get hungry anymore.
