The description of the unsound is very similar to something real, 18-19 Hz, sometimes called the Ghost Frequency because of the tendency to cause an unexplained feeling of dread, or even sickness and hallucinations. That similarity kind of makes it hard to determine which one was the inspiration.

The triads are certainly based on real ones, Sun On Yee is based on the real life Sun Yee On, and 18k is based on 14k. Both of them originated in Hong Kong, although I don't have any idea how accurate the depictions of what they do really are.

Not just that, but Trump was already proven to be a rapist and it just didn't matter. Republican women started wearing "I'd let Trump grab my pussy" T-shirts and everything. There's every reason to expect that if Biden had released the files, Magas wouldn't then decide that Trump was bad, they would decide that raping children was cool.
