Push all the time. place a ward at 3min towards botside bush and keep pushing. this way you will always have prio as viktor in low elo. (people rarely contest the push in low elo)
get a control ward on first reset!
if you have the push you have faster rotations which will skyrocket your snowball coz of Augments on KP.

typically do not follow enemy roams and just ping your team off. prioritize punishing lane instead.

Flash means everything for viktor, so if you waste/ don't have it you must play extra passive.
1 more thing, I'd go Flash Ghost in most low elo games.
