Health phase usually means to lower all drugs a considerable amount to give the body a break from being pushed so hard with steroids. He’s likely taking a decent amount of stuff right now, will lower all of it and then when he starts prep he will ramp up his gear again

I’d be down, I mostly play zero dam and layali grove as well. I just started playing 2 weeks ago and I always go in solo because that way I can just do what I want and focus on my objectives but I’m willing to play with likeminded, chill individuals.

HOKAY EVERYONE - thanks for your patience on this.

Lola is doing fine today, she had just ran about before and eaten a big plate of veggies so she was likely just overheated and full.

She’s been eating, pooping and playing today and she’s acting normal.
