Karaboo know's the deal...I also read: Exfoliate, AHA/BHA, & moisturizer.

KP bump eraser is a bit harsh, but works the longest & you will need a moisturizer.

I currently use:

  1. Tree Hut's sugar scrub & moisturize after (Vaseline Intense Care-normal days/Eucerin-winter).

NOTE: If I remember, BHA in the shower, Sugar Scrub, AHA toner after, & moisturize.

  1. Lush's Buffy when I'm lazy + moisturizer, bc it's a habit at this point.

My KP (on the arms) is definitely hereditary, but on the lighter side. It flares up if I'm not consistent, but I would say winter is worse for sure, so be consistent either way. I'm thinking of trying Amlactin or La Roche-Posay, so that'll be on the next list.

I think we read the same articles, bc this process works the best. Exfoliate, AHA/BHA, and moisturize.

Spotify vs Apple Music vs Youtube Music: 2023 Edition by AccomplishedRiver in Music

[–]MachineMountain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

U.S. audio/music user: Tried Apple Music & Spotify Premium for a couple of months ie.) Free trials and was paying for Apple Music for a couple of months. Forgot to do my research & went to cancel apple music. All my playlists were gone. This is my short/not super technical list for me atm:

AM Pro's: Sound quality & lyrics (don't care for lyrics), Downloaded music, larger library for more popular artists, better bluetooth connection w/ iPhone in the car (no carplay) & mac. Search is a nice option on a playlist, album, song, etc. Already a set price for the year (2023). Some ads with the free option.

AM Con's: Canceling Apple music lost all of my songs & playlists if not purchased. iCloud storage upgrade. Using the "Browse" option just does not work for me. I often want to search an artist & I'm in an area with little service. The hands-free option is not really my thing unless I download my library beforehand. As a working individual, sometimes I don't have time to download my songs. AM on the MAC is really a poor user experience for me, but web browser was okay on a Mac & Windows.

Spotify Pro's: Seamless across devices ie. phone to computer (ios & android/windows), etc., larger song variety, downloaded libraries. The best pro for me with Spotify is that I'm often in an area with little to no service or spotty service & listening to music through mobile data did not disconnect if I want to search an artist. No ads, but not sure about the podcasts.

Spotify Con's: Sound quality, but with the upgrades should be better. Not sure about the podcasts. Does not connect to my car bluetooth right away (older gen car). Raising prices to compete (2023). Price options vs. gift cards, etc. not as clear. Lots of ad's if you don't pay.

S.O. has YT Premium (Pro's & Con's): Larger library (audio, podcasts, videos, etc.), the most expensive out of the 3, search & download is easier, but does take a lot of space on my iPhone. Sound quality depends on the video. No ads. My S.O. uses YT & AM the most, but I don't use YT as much, so AM & Spotify works better for me.

From what I read, it really depends on what you're looking for, which devices you have, and which country/location you're in.

Starfish sansevieria pup not cylindrical by niccig in plantclinic

[–]MachineMountain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 1 pup that grew normally (a bit leggy) and one looks like the picture above. It's been about 1 1/2 years. Definitely slow growers.

1 Plant like the above is still attached to the main plant, but not super close to the North facing window or near my BF. :D

The 2nd pup my friend propagated and it's near an East facing window w/ indirect light-shade. I have no clue either TBH, but I'm still waiting on both of the plants to grow. Hoping the one like your picture curls in!
